What Is Eloralintide?
Eloralintide, development code LY3841136, is a synthetic peptide based on amylin, a hormone released from the pancreas alongside insulin. It was designed by Eli Lilly to act selectively on the amylin receptor and to last long enough for once-weekly dosing in clinical studies.
A 48-week phase 2 study was published in The Lancet in 2025, and phase 3 studies are now under way. Eloralintide is not approved by any regulator. The vials sold here are for laboratory research only.
